Fazzaco: Hello, thank you for joining Fazzaco today. As a start, please give us a brief introduction about yourself and Panda TS.

Or: Panda Trading Systems specializes in building high-performance, cutting-edge technology for the online financial trading industry since 2006, we have provided many of the world’s leading online brokerages with a range of products and services specifically customized to meet their business needs. Our company’s vision is to continually provide brokers with solutions that streamline operations so they can focus their resources on business growth.

We are best known for our unique approach of building strong partnerships with our Clients & Partners, some of that are already more than a decade, I’ve joined the Panda team a few years ago after working 7 years in the financial services industry in various positions from a Junior dealer to a Chief operating officer. In my current role at PandaTS, I’m leading the organization’s Marketing & Sales efforts and expanding the business relationships with Panda’s strategic partners.

Fazzaco: What range of core products and services does Panda TS provide?

Or: Our main key product is Broker in a Box which is a turnkey solution that includes all of our products together. Among the products we are providing you, can find the Panda CRM, Panda web trader, Panda customized iOS & Android application,part and want to gain the benefit of tomorrows trading technology without developing it inhouse.

We also provide a vast range of stand-alone products and solutions from a unique MT4 based mobile app or mt4/5 based webtrader to quote engine & dealing products.

Fazzaco: What would you say differentiates Panda TS and the hundreds of other solution providers operating in the same territories?

Or: Unlike others, for the past 15 years, Panda trading systems have only one focus — creating great technology products for its clients, this is what we are good at.

We do not obtain any other business such as Brokerage, Marketing Network, or Payment solutions which helps us stay focused on our targets and to be lined up with the same interest of our clients.

One of our main guidelines is that we believe in hard works & that everything is possible. this approach makes our teams think out of the box and helps them create new tailor-made solutions for our customers.

Fazzaco: In your opinion, what range of features and functionality should a state-ofthe-art FX CRM provider offer?

Or: I believe that a CRM should be a one-stop shop for the departments who use it, there are plenty of ‘must-haves’ features and I cannot state any specific one due to the fact that different rules required different features and each operation has a different works disciplines.

In general, the main purpose of good technology is to reduce the cost of the business & maximize the efficiency of the workers, a key part of achieving those goals is the UI/UX design, the systems must be intuitive and easy to operate for the users who deals with it.

Next time when you plan to acquire a new technology whether it a CRM or any other management tool you should ask yourself ‘how do these features in this particular system help me achieve my targets.

Fazzaco: What’s the ultimate factor influencing the choice of CRM provider?

Or: From my experience, there is no ultimate factor but a combination of a few, See, when you are choosing CRM or Broker in a Box with us you are not choosing only the technology, you are choosing us to be a partner. and as a partner, you should have high expectations & requirements. one of these requirements should be Trust — If you cannot trust your provider then you shouldn’t deal with him, if you cannot trust the systems he uses for the protection of your valuable data and be sure that his interests are the same as yours, or trust him that the systems will be seamless at any given time then you shouldn’t get to a deal with him. Another requirement should be the standards of the service level you will get — you should be confident that you will get the best support with a great response rate for your inquires, that every single customization request you will have will be addressed and evaluated properly in a serves best your organization’s needs.

Fazzaco: KYC is another key consideration for CRM. What level of guarantees can now be provided about this?

Or: Actually, this is a great question. Lately, we partnered up with the good people at Google, we’ve harnessed Google’s incredibly powerful Google Vision AI and put it to use in our Panda CRM. Our CRM verification module has been updated to make the process of finding, reviewing, and comparing verification documents against CRM entries much smoother and easier for human members of staff. This allows them to move through records in a much quicker way and not have to perform unnecessary actions. We have also improved our system of triggers for automated document requests. But that’s not all. Back office and compliance teams using our software now also have Google Vision significantly lightening their workload by performing various time-consuming duties. It’s like having a faster member of staff doing all the tasks you hate, actually not only that, it can also handle more than one verification at once, and doesn’t even need to take breaks!

Fazzaco: As a pure technology provider, how does Panda TS protect the client’s data? And how to achieve brokers’ trust?

Or: We have always understood the importance of data security, which is why we developed the PandaVault — the system encrypts and secures personal, financial and accounting information behind layers of the most up to date asymmetric encryption and blockchain technologies, the system is built on a zero Trust security model meaning that it starts with protecting data from everyone and only then allowing access via layers of access granted rather than working from open data that is restricted by permissions. This ensures the highest levels of security possible.

Fazzaco: How do you see the emerging AI trends in FX CRM?

Or: Actually, I believe that AI is the future, I can say that in the past year with all the Covid-19 situation, we had the opportunity to collaborate with the major leaders in this field and we designed few new products that are based on Artificial intelligence some of those products are already available to our clients in our CRM and some are still in development, from what I can say, is that we saw a huge increase in the efficiency of the sales & compliance teams who adopted the new products we released lately — Next Call AI & AI Verification center.

Unfortunately, in our industry, you often hear people saying that today’s brokerages are essentially dealing desks attached to massive marketing machines. This may have been the case in decades gone by, and marketing is certainly one of (if not the) biggest expenditures of most brokerages. However, one of the things we’re constantly trying to communicate to our clients, is that the modern online brokerage is an abundant source of actionable data. Data that in the right hands can be harnessed to offer operational efficiencies unheard of just a few short years ago. As such, the brokerage of the future is just as likely to be a home for data scientists as for online marketers.
